I managed 12,000 steps today. I feel alright, but not great. I may try to do it again, perhaps three days a week, rather than every day until my health improves significantly. If I feel as though it’s affecting my breathing, I will reduce my step count back down again, but this may be unnecessary, as I didn’t walk in bursts of any great length; rather I did 500 steps every now and then, so as not to aggravate the cough.
Either way, it’s a good sign the steaming is really working, and my lungs are clearing.
