Birchwood Bus Stop

At last I was able to stop today and take the photograph I wanted to take before easter: the one with the snow covering the daffodils.   Unfortunately, it was a bright and sunny 16 degrees today, so there was no divine white covering to the ground.

I did have to wait a while for all the traffic to pass and, as it was peak hour, this meant standing there, like a nonce, for more than a few minutes.   It was very nice of some of the drivers to call out and honk their horns at me, I must say.   I don’t know why but there appears to be a rainbow effect on the bus stop itself.  I realise I am facing the sun when taking this photograph and I wonder if this is the cause.

Doesn’t really matter, I got the shot I wanted.
