Well, thanks must go to my employer, who acknowledge Adminstrative Professionals Day (formerly known as Secretaries’ Day) by distributing lesiure vouchers to all administrative staff. All I have to do now is decide whether to buy some CDs or books. I have a feeling the books will win.
There are some websites that offer you cash, at reduced prices, for the vouchers. And, I have lots of other options, such as saving them for my annual birthday lunch at Cafe Rouge, or putting them towards a spa day I can ill afford. Somehow, I think the books will win out.
